The easiest way to get hold of Doolhof wines is to buy directly from the Estate, using our order and delivery system.
Orders from countries other than South Africa are welcome and can be despatched under the terms and conditions prescribed by the receiving country (we are more than happy to help you with this).
Follow these easy steps:
- Print or download the order form and complete in full … remember to send us your e-mail address.
- Return completed order form to: email: wine@doolhof.com or fax: 021 8642321.
- Shirl Samaai of our Tasting Room will immediately contact with you by e-mail once your order is received to confirm prices, availability, shipping charges and dispatch dates.
Payment
Credit Card: Visa or Master Card. We undertake to use the highest security standards to ensure that we protect your details.
Bank Transfer or deposit: This is the most secure option and the fastest way to receive your wine.

Delivery:
- The minimum freight charge is for a 12 bottle carton - so it makes sense to order 12 bottles minimum
- You will be called by the delivery company to confirm your delivery
- Door to door delivery, so please no post box numbers.
- Please indicate your postal code with your delivery address
- Please report any breakages or shortages to us within 24 hours
- Your goods are insured up to the point of delivery
Notice: Please note that someone must be available to supply the required signature for delivery to be made.
Your order will be despatched from the farm within three days once confirmation of your payment is received.
General Terms and conditions:
- By law we are not allowed to sell wine to persons under the age of 18.
- Returns - If you buy wine from Doolhof we'd like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order if you are not entirely happy and we will arrange for a refund or replacement of the wine.
- Privacy and security - The personal information you entrusted to us will only be used to process your order and will not be made available to any organisation or third party.
